Awesome game

Addicting game! But it would be cool if there was a town and a mall and all that... It would also be cool if you could add friends and visit there house.. And if you could change their clothes and you could buy a car for them and you could actually GO places... But over all awesome game!!!!
Um and i dont have varied items? My person is weak and the only cure is to get varied items!!! HOW THE HECK DO I GET IT????!!!!!!! Is it only in full version?
